Is There A Money Back Guarantee on Kinobody Programs?

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all supplements and digital programs.

Try any product for 30 days—if you’re not satisfied, get your money back and keep the product. Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only and do not include shipping charges. If you want to try a new product we suggest ordering one item before committing to a bulk order to ensure you qualify for our 30 day guarantee.

To prevent abuse of this policy, please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds apply only to one unit per product, per customer, per month.
  • We do not offer refunds for multiple quantities of the same item ordered in a single month.
  • The guarantee is only valid on orders made in good faith.
  • Subscription orders must be canceled within 30 days to avoid being charged again.
  • We do not offer refunds on subscription renewals after the 30-day window.

For digital programs, Kinobody offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To protect our business from abuse, we reserve the right to refuse refunds to individuals we identify as ‘serial refunders’—including those who have received one or more refunds in the past. If you've previously received a refund, you are not eligible for additional refunds on future programs without prior, written approval from Kinobody LLC.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Most orders ship within 1 business day.  Once it has shipped, USPS will generally deliver within 2 to 5 business days to any US address.

International orders via USPS International generally arrive in 8 to 14 business days depending on the country they are shipped to.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.  You can track in real time at http://track.kinobody.com


My Order Says It Was Delivered But I've Not Received Anything

USPS sometimes mark something as delivered before it was actually dropped off.  If this is the case give it 2 more business days.  If you've not received it by then please call us or email us.  See http://support.kinobody.com

 

Why Can't You Ship To My Country?

Certain countries are embargoed or restricted by the US Government.  Others have strict import laws when it comes to supplements.


Will I Have To Pay Import Taxes or Duties?

It depends.  Some countries are more comprehensive when it comes to collecting duties. Please be prepared as these are your responsibility if they are levied.

* International shipping charges do not include duties.  Those are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be collected before delivery. 

 

* In addition if a package is refused due to customs/duties fees and the product returned, any fees charged for shipping to and from your country for the return will be subtracted from any monies due on the return.

Will Your Products Clear Customs?

Check your country's list of banned and restricted products to be sure.  Each of our products contains a supplement fact panel so you can check the ingredients against their list.

Remember, you are responsible for what you import so please be sure to check it in advance.
