Gym equipment is recommended. Challenging your body with some form of resistance is truly how you'll see the best results.

Given that this program is extremely laser focused and strategic, you will start to see results almost immediately. Within the first 2 weeks, you will look better. Of course, to create the full effect it will take 12 weeks to take your body from where it is now to absolute perfection. So the KinoBooty program is a full-blown 12 week program.

It’s important to mention that this program will work best if you have no more than 15 lbs of fat to lose. If you have over 15 lbs of fat to drop, then you will need to go through the program a second time while following the lean up nutrition plan to get your waist measurement to where it needs to be.

The reason being, if you try to lose more than 5 lbs of fat per month, you will crash your metabolism, hurt your hormones and even burn your precious muscle tissue. This is why all of your friends that tried crash diets, never really maintained their results.
