About Kinobody
We're a no-BS fitness company dedicated to getting you the movie star body you're after in the simplest and most effective way possible.
Kinobody was founded in 2013 by Gregory O'Gallagher as a quest to move against the status quo in the fitness industry. O'Gallagher found that the conventional methods of bodybuilding - 6 meals per day, hours and hours in the gym, etc. - were not helping him build the body he wanted. The bodybuilding physique was boxy, large and unattractive. He wanted the Hollywood physique, one like Ryan Reynolds in Blade or Chris Hemsworth in THOR. Lean, chiseled and attractive.
Once the path to the Hollywood Physique was proven, O'Gallagher began teaching others online.

For years, we did not offer supplements. The fitness supplement industry is full of useless formulas built to sell you another pill. At Kinobody, we did not want to tie our name to low quality.
The same reason we never entered the industry ended up being the reason we finally made our first supplement. We wanted to be the trailblazers of a new supplement industry, one where only supplements that work are offered.
