Features & Benefits
Did you know the body’s natural production of collagen protein begins to slow in your 20’s? According to research surrounding collagen production, a person produces about 1% less collagen every year after the age of 20. This is why collagen has been extensively studied for its potential anti-aging properties for the skin, hair, and joints.
KINO COLLAGEN is better than any other form of protein available on the market today. It helps to maintain a positive nitrogen balance in the body (anabolic) better than whey. Nitrogen balance refers to the measure of nitrogen output/input. Studies have found collagen to improve body composition by increasing fat-free mass, decreasing fat-mass, and increasing muscle strength.
Due to its high glycine content, collagen seems to have powerful anti-inflammatory effects on injuries. Several studies have found that hydrolyzed collagen reduces both inflammation and pain, and speeds up the healing process in conditions such as exercise-induced joint pain, osteoarthritis, and tendonitis/ Achilles tendinopathy. Collagen may also help to prevent age-related bone loss, increase bone formation, and reduce bone degradation.
Ingredients & Research
I have tried a lot of proteins from GNC proteins, to different fitness proteins, whey, casein, plant based, and collagen proteins. This one tastes the best out of all of them and I trust the ingredients and the results show! It's great for buliding muscle and I even noticed it helped clear up my skin a bit. It's also easier to digest.
My experience was pretty great, it’s just pretty expensive stuff
Taste amazing and creamy!
The best of all the protein's i had
The collagen is straight up delicious in Greg’s words “It ***.” It’s very versatile, and works with a bunch of different recipes. It goes great with some water, hot almond milk, and a dash of cinnamon. If you don’t have it already I would highly recommend getting the Movie Star Chef Book, which has additional recipes you can use the Collagen with.
