What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Weights 7 days/week, added some muscle and strength but gained lots of fat due to overeating. Then added cardio for fat loss but lost a lot of muscle instead, did not lose much fat. I felt stuck.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
Intermittent Fasting and the simplicity of 3 workouts per week. LOVED the strength gains that were consistent week after week. I added more and more muscle and dropped BF at the same time which I didn’t think was possible.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I realized that this industry is full of people taking gear. If you are a natural lifter – less is more. I LOVE IF. Also, I can now enjoy my favorite foods and drop BF easy. Reverse pyramid training works so much better than high volume!
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
I don’t feel deprived of food any longer, I can easily adjust my food and workout depending on what type of physique I want to attend. I’m generally more happy and I feel that I look good!
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Let go of all the bullshit the fitness industry has been trying to sell us the last 20 years.
It is not for natural lifters. Also, If you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose BF, It truly is all about the numbers. I haven’t touched a protein shake since beginning with GG program, they are completely unnecessary.
Any final notes?
I was going in constant circles, lifting 7 days a week and excessive protein and calorie intake resulting in high BF, then trying to eat boring food and adding tons of cardio only to loose lots of muscle in the process – and repeat year after year.
Greg made me realise I can enjoy myself, eat whatever i like and truly achieve the body of a greek good, all I needed to do was to let go of all the old myths in bodybuilding, as a natural they are not for me.
