What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
The usual frequent eating , cardio, cycling & HIIT
My usual weight is 85. I went to 90, began HIIT got to 86 , but it was hard.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
Its natural, and best value, and so much info explained excellently.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
IF is now a part of my life forever, and low volume strength training, so much time freed up from constant training and meal prep – different outlook on the whole thing completely, mostly everything else looks like bullshit now.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I’m lighter, feel so much better, clothes fit better, more confidence.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Stick to it, be consistent r go home, listen to Greg.
