Three Phases of AFL Training
Aggressive Fat Loss is a three-month program designed to lose 20-30 pounds of pure body fat while maintaining every ounce of your muscle. The result is a lean and chiseled physique. The workout routine has three phases, each four weeks long. While cutting, itโs helpful to change your workout routine every four weeks. This is because you can get burnt out after more than four weeks doing the exact same lifts.
