The 3x a week works well for my schedule and results. The nutrition program finally clarified how I had to eat to bulk. This is step by step instructions, with video, crystal clear, on how to finally get big. For a skinny guy like me, it's been an absolute Godsend; I struggled with being scrawny most of my life.
I'm on week 16 of the 24 week program, and I've gained 10 pounds so far, the vast majority of it muscle based on my measurements and photos.
